Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Customers in Italy should place their orders through our Italian website: abuharith.it.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our return policy is designed to offer you peace of mind and reassurance when purchasing from us. While we take great care to ensure quality, we understand that unexpected issues may occur, and we are here to help.

Damaged or Misprinted Books
If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, or if you receive the wrong book, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.
A refund or replacement will be arranged, in shaa’a-llaah. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal for EU and UK Customers
Customers residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us before the 14-day period expires so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
After notifying us, you must return the books within 14 days.
Unless a book arrived damaged, misprinted or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
The applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned books or receiving evidence that they have been sent back. We may withhold the refund until one of these conditions has been met.
This section does not affect any additional statutory consumer rights that may apply.
